Karen Traynor has an established business providing quality student rental accommodation and managed lets throughout Ormskirk, servicing the students of Edge Hill University and student nurses of Ormskirk and District General Hospital. It’s a hands on, friendly and reliable family run business and Karen prides herself on giving the students who rent her properties the personal touch, making their student accommodation a home from home.

We were tasked with setting the business apart from a very competitive market in Ormskirk, Karen expressed an interest in using soft green as her main brand colour. A calming influence on a hectic 24/7 business. We set about giving the business a strong, easily recognisable identity that we could then roll out across all media.

Still maintaining the ‘friendly and reliable’ feel of the brand, we went on to create a website, with maximum functionality – listing all the properties within Edge Lets portfolio. We provide ‘quick response’ social media graphics to allow the team to act fast to ensure accommodation is promoted online and houses/rooms are filled.
